Sometimes, our warehouse doesn't have stock in the item that you ordered. However, we can also draw on stock from our retail locations, so you may receive more than one package for your order. If your order is split into two or more pieces, you should receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers for each package.
