We always do our best to accommodate change requests before an order ships, however changes can only be made if your order is still in process (unfulfilled/unshipped).
If you would like to request a change to your order, please Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number (FW...), then select the Category "Order" and the Subject "I want to make a change to my order." This will appropriately prioritize your ticket so it is handled as quickly as possible.
We are happy to make a color or size change (subject to stock availability) for items on your order, however because of the constraints of our payment system, we cannot add any additional items.
If you would like to request a modification to the shipping address on your order, please provide us with the full and correct address in the body of your help ticket, and we will do our best to accommodate.
We will make every effort to make your requested changes before your order is fully processed. However, please note that once your order has been fully processed, we are then unable to make any changes to it. If your order ships out or is delivered before we are able to process any requested changes, please reach out and let us know so that we can provide you with return instructions.
