If you would like to cancel your order, please Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Make sure to include your order number, then select the Category "Order" and the Subject "I want to cancel my order." This will appropriately prioritize your ticket so it is handled as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is fully processed.
Please note that once your order has been fully processed, we are then unable to cancel it. If your order ships out before we are able to process a cancellation, please reach out and let us know so that we can provide you with return instructions.
