Note: we cannot accept returns for orders made from a third-party retailer (Amazon, REI, Backcountry, etc).
For online purchases (made through hanwag.com):

You will be able to choose either:
1. Bring in your item(s) with the generated return slip to one of our Fjällräven partner store locations. To locate a Fjällräven brand store, please view our Fjällräven Store Locations page. Returns made at a Fjällräven retail store should be processed and refunded within 1-3 business days.
2. Alternatively, you can choose a pre-paid return shipping label to mail your return back to our warehouse. Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund. Returned items will need be confirmed with our Returns Department before a refund is issued.*
For returns from outside the Continental United States or Canada, we are unable to cover return shipping, so the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to make an international return.
For purchases made at a Fjällräven partner store:
All Hanwag purchases made at a Fjällräven retail store must be returned at a Fjällräven retail location. We do not accept returns in our warehouse for retail purchases. If you know the store location where you made your purchase, we can help get you in contact with that store. You can find a list of Fjällräven partner stores here.
