Return Guidelines:
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item(s) must be unworn, clean, with tags, and in the original box. They will not be accepted if they show signs of outdoor wear. We do not accept returns for any used items.
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly through our website or in one of our Fjällräven partner stores. We do not accept returns made at a third-party retailer. If you purchased through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for return information.
- Item(s) purchased through our Hanwag website can be returned to our warehouse or to any of our Fjällräven partner stores. Please reference our Fjällräven Store Locations page to find your closest location. Alternatively, you can choose to mail your return to our warehouse. If you have questions, please contact Customer Service.
- Item(s) purchased at one of our Fjällräven partner retail stores must be returned to a retail store.
- For returns outside the Continental United States or Canada, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service for return instructions.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return guidelines will be mailed back to you without a refund. Returned items will need be confirmed with our Returns Department before a refund or exchange is issued.
