We only accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for boots or shoes that are unworn, clean, with tags, and in the original box. They will not be accepted if they show signs of outdoor wear. We do not accept returns for any used items.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased either directly through our website, or in a Fjällräven retail store. For items purchased online, you can either make a return at any of our Fjällräven brand locations or contact Customer Service for a mail-in return. Please reference the North America Stores tab on our Store Locator tool to find your closest retail store.
If you purchased your item in a Fjällräven Retail store, please visit or contact the store to make your return. If you purchased through a third party retailer, please contact them directly for return information.
*Any returned items that do not meet our return standards will be mailed back to you without a refund.*
For returns outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our distribution center. Please click the Submit a Request button below to contact Customer Service for return instructions.
