Yes! You have two options to process an exchange.
For a web order inside our 30-day return window, you can use our Returns Tool (US here and Canada here) to receive a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back to our warehouse for an exchange. Alternatively, you can use that same tool to elect to return your item(s) at one of our retail stores, which will then trigger the exchange order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Please note that for the mail-in option, we can only accommodate exchanges for the same item(s) in a different size or color. If you'd like to exchange for a different item, please follow our instructions for a return, and then place a new order.
Product is only reserved for an exchange once the original item has made it back to our warehouse and been reviewed by our returns department to verify the item is in a returnable condition. At that time, the new size/color of the item(s) will be prepared for shipment. We do our best to fulfill all requests for exchanges, however because product moves quickly, it is possible that the item(s) requested are no longer available. In that case, your exchange will be canceled, and you will be notified via email with a full refund for your returned item(s).
All exchanges will process with Fedex Ground shipping speed (3-7 business days for delivery) and require up to 3 business days for processing before being shipped. If you wish to use an expedited shipping option, you will need to return the product for a refund and place a new order online.
