For online purchases, we have two options to make a return. If you live close to any Fjällräven brand locations, you can bring in your item(s) along with your packing slip and our store staff can process that return for you. Please note, we cannot process returns at third-party resellers, so please reference the North America Stores tab on Fjällräven's Store Locator tool to find your closest brand center. With this option, the timeline to receive your refund should be 1-3 business days.
Alternatively, you can Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service to request a mail-in return to our warehouse. Select the category "Return and Exchanges," then select "I need a returns label." Please note that for this mail-in option, the timeline for your return to be processed and refunded should be 7-10 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.
Please include the following in your request to Customer Service:
1. Order number (HAN...)
2. Item(s) or item number(s) you wish to return
If you do not have your order number, please provide any of the following:
- email address used when making the purchase
- first and last name on the order
- last 4 digits of the credit card used to place the order
If the purchase was made at one of our Fjallraven retails locations, you will need to visit or contact one of our stores. If you know the store location where you made your purchase, we can help get you in contact with the store in question. You can find a list of our stores by using our Store Locator tool.
Please note that for returns made from outside the Continental United States, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to our distribution center.
