To process a gift return, please click Submit a Request below to contact Customer Service.
Please include the following in your request:
1. Order number (if available, formatted HAN...) which is located on the packing slip.
2. If you do not have the order number, please provide any of the following:
- Purchaser's email address
- Purchaser's first and last name
- Last 4 digits of purchaser's credit card used to place the order
3. Item number(s) you wish to return.
*If it is not specified that you are returning a gift, please be aware that the original payment method will automatically be refunded when the return is processed.*
Please note: We are unable to process returns for purchases made from one of our authorized resellers such as goHUNT, Scheels, etc. If your order was originally purchased from a reseller, please contact that reseller directly to arrange for a gift return.
